| Description: Please join us in celebrating the grand opening of Horace Mann Educational Association's (HMEA) newly renovated recycling center in Plainville. The Recycling Center is owned and operated by HMEA's Day Services Division. HMEA supports 2,400 children & adults with developmental disabilities, and their families, in more than 110 Massachusetts communities.
